Role & responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Accounting

- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS .
- Ensure compliance with Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable accounting standards.
- Manage plant accounting operations, inventory accounting, and cost-related records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

MIS & Management Reporting

- Prepare plant-level MIS reports, variance analysis, and management reports.
- Coordinate with Holding Company for consolidation of financial data and reporting requirements.
- Provide actionable insights to management through financial analysis and performance monitoring.

Audit & Compliance

- Coordinate and manage quarterly and annual internal/statutory audits.
- Liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Support assessment proceedings and coordinate with consultants for representations and submissions.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Customs, FEMA, PF, ESI, Labour Laws, and other statutory requirements.




- Monitor and implement changes in regulatory and taxation frameworks affecting business operations.

Import & Export Finance

- Exposure to Forex management;
- Handle accounting and compliance aspects related to import and export transactions.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Budgeting & Team Management

- Lead the plant finance and accounts team.
- Assessment of Woking Capital requirements ,Banking, compilation of data, statements etc., to Banks ;
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts in coordination with cross-functional departments.
- Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

Preferred candidate profile

- Chartered Accountant Or CA Finalist
- Prior experience in a listed company environment preferred.
- Prior experience in manager in finance department of manufacturing plant is preferred.
- Robust analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Tally, along with advanced MS Excel skills.
