We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager & Associate Director of Audit to lead our audit team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the audit team to conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits.

- Develop audit plans and strategies to identify risks and opportunities for process improvements.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Review audit findings and present recommendations to senior management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations.

- Mentor and develop audit team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Qualifications

- Qualified Charted Accountant.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit.

- Demonstrated experience in leading audit teams and managing complex audit projects.

- Robust understanding of regulatory requirements and accounting principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
