Role & responsibilities

- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- Analyze client data to identify problems, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Develop business strategies, operating models, and process improvement plans
- Build financial models, business cases, and ROI analyses to support recommendations
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations
- Lead or support client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discussions
- Manage project workstreams, timelines, and deliverables
- Support digital transformation, change management, and performance improvement initiatives




- Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams on client engagements
- Mentor junior analysts and associates on projects

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA from a reputed institute preferred)
- 0 to 1 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a related field
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems using frameworks (MECE, SWOT, Porter's Five Forces)
- Excellent business writing, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel based on client needs
