Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Major Incident Manager to manage end-to-end major incident processes and ensure timely service restoration with minimal business impact. The candidate will lead cross-functional technical teams, coordinate with stakeholders, manage escalations, and drive root cause analysis and preventive actions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and govern the end-to-end Major Incident Management process.
- Identify, assess, declare, and coordinate major incidents based on defined criteria.
- Lead major incident bridges and coordinate technical teams, vendors, and service providers.
- Drive timely service restoration and escalate critical issues when required.




- Communicate incident updates to business stakeholders, customers, and senior management.
- Coordinate with Incident, Problem, Change, and IT Operations teams.
- Conduct Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) and ensure Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions are completed.
- Track recurring incidents and implement process improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain incident timelines, documentation, communication logs, and reports.
- Support ITIL governance, audit requirements, service reporting, and continual service improvement.
