Exotica Developers is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Mall Manager with a strong marketing background to join our team at Mall, Dhubri, Assam.

Experience: Relevant experience in mall management, retail operations, sales, or marketing preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the mall.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer footfall and sales.
- Coordinate with retail outlets, tenants, brands, and business partners.
- Plan promotional campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities.
- Build brand awareness and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor business performance and identify new growth opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in Business Administration,



Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Solid background in marketing, sales, and business development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead a team and achieve business targets.
- Experience in mall management or retail marketing will be an added advantage.
