Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, and other facility-related systems across our café outlets. The candidate should ensure all equipment and facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, and other equipment.

- Maintain and troubleshoot café kitchen equipment, including refrigerators, freezers, coffee machines, ovens, and other appliances.

- Attend to maintenance complaints and resolve issues promptly.

- Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections at café outlets.

- Identify technical issues and take corrective action to avoid equipment breakdowns.

- Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and servicing.

- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and repair documentation.

- Ensure all maintenance work follows safety standards and company policies.

- Monitor maintenance materials, spare parts, and tools.





- Support outlet operations by ensuring all facilities and equipment are in good working condition.

Required Qualifications

- ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in maintenance or a similar role.

- Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and equipment troubleshooting.

- Experience in hotel, restaurant, café, or commercial facility maintenance is preferred.

- Ability to travel between outlets in Bangalore as required.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance requests.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
