Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Incharge to manage the maintenance and upkeep of our real estate projects, residential sites, common areas, infrastructure, and facilities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, timely repair work, proper housekeeping, and coordination with vendors and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day maintenance activities at real estate project sites.
- Supervise maintenance of internal roads, drainage systems, streetlights, water supply, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Inspect common areas, landscaped areas, gardens, security cabins, and other site infrastructure.
- Coordinate with contractors, electricians, plumbers, technicians, and external vendors.
- Identify maintenance issues and ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor pumps, motors, water tanks, electrical panels, and other utility equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, repair reports, and service schedules.
- Manage maintenance staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor work quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
- Monitor maintenance expenses, material usage, and vendor bills.
- Coordinate with the construction, security, housekeeping, and customer service teams.




- Attend and resolve maintenance-related complaints from customers, residents, and management.
- Conduct regular site inspections and submit maintenance reports to management.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a related technical field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, facility management, construction, or real estate projects.
- Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil repair, water supply, and drainage systems.
- Experience in handling maintenance teams and contractors.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, maintenance records, and reporting.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in residential township projects, plotting schemes, gated communities, or real estate infrastructure maintenance will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
