Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.

- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures and extend lifespan.

- Oversee CNC machine maintenance, including VMC machines, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical equipment, servo systems, and other plant operations.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall equipment effectiveness and reduce costs.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements :

- Solid knowledge of breakdown maintenance, CNC maintenance (VMC), electrical equipment,



hydraulic systems, pneumatic system, Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Predictive Maintenance (PdM).

- Proven track record in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of productivity.

- Experience in managing a team of maintenance professionals and leading technical projects.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Familiarity with PLCs and servo systems is an added advantage.
