Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Executive to ensure the smooth functioning of machinery, equipment, utilities, and other maintenance-related operations. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, equipment inspections, and timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of machinery, equipment, and utilities.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure the proper functioning of machines and equipment.
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, inspection checklists, and service history.
- Monitor the availability of spare parts, tools, and maintenance consumables.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and servicing.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery and equipment.




- Identify recurring technical issues and suggest corrective actions to prevent future breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, maintenance standards, and housekeeping requirements.
- Support maintenance improvement activities to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
- Understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance practices.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, and utilities.
- Ability to maintain maintenance reports and technical documentation.
- Good coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and maintenance reporting.
- Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, pneumatic systems, or hydraulic systems will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or ITI in a relevant trade.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
- Fresh technical exposure to industrial machinery and hands-on troubleshooting will be preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work at the company site and support maintenance requirements as needed.
