Job Responsibilities

- Preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Maintenance of pumps, compressors, reactors, agitators, acid columns, pipelines, valves & rotating equipment.
- Maintenance of acid transfer systems, storage tanks & reaction vessels.
- Dismantling, repairing, replacing and reassembling mechanical components.
- Equipment alignment, lubrication and sealing.
- Ensure leak-proof joints, gaskets and seals in acid service lines.
- Identify mechanical faults and implement corrective & preventive actions.
- Inspect equipment for wear, corrosion, leakage and damage.




- Use maintenance tools and measuring instruments effectively.
- Follow industrial safety practices and hazardous chemical handling procedures.
- Apply Kaizen & Poka Yoke in maintenance activities.

Required Skills
- Hands-on mechanical maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of rotating equipment and process plant machinery.
- Experience with hazardous acids such as HCl, HSO, Nitric Acid & Acetic Acid.
- Knowledge of predictive maintenance & condition monitoring.
- Solid troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance skills.
- Experience in hazardous chemical manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Exposure to Zone 0 / Zone 1 hazardous areas will be an added advantage.

Preferred Background Chemical | Petrochemical | Paint | Steel | Marine | Process Industries

Candidates with experience in hazardous acid systems will be highly preferred.
