Designation: Maintenance Executive – Electrical Maintenance

Job Location: Satpur, Nashik

Experience: 4–5 Years

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical / E&TC; / Instrumentation

Salary: Up to ₹3.00 LPA CTC

& Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day mechanical and electrical maintenance of power presses, lathe machines, drilling machines and other industrial equipment.
- Maintain high-speed pneumatic presses, including mechanical, electrical, electro-pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Handle maintenance of Special Purpose Machines (SPM).
- Monitor machine breakdowns and take necessary actions to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance reports related to shutdown verification, predictive maintenance and periodic overhauling.
- Monitor and regularly update the critical spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance-related jobs and repair activities.




- Ensure smooth functioning of production machinery through preventive and corrective maintenance.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Practical knowledge of mechanical power press maintenance and its components.
- Good understanding of mechanical and electrical power press systems.
- Working knowledge of VFD, PLC, sensors and machine alarms.
- Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic and automation systems will be an added advantage.
- Must have good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
