Job Responsibilities – Maintenance Fitter (Jewellery Manufacturing Industry)

- Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of jewellery manufacturing machines and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and ensure minimum machine downtime.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery used in gold jewellery manufacturing.
- Handle fitting, assembly, dismantling, and alignment of machine components.
- Repair and replace bearings, shafts, gears, belts, and other mechanical parts.
- Maintain and service machines used in casting, polishing, rolling, and jewellery manufacturing processes.
- Ensure proper functioning of compressors, motors, pumps, and other utility equipment.
- Coordinate with the production team to resolve machine-related issues.




- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.

Experience Required: 5–10 years of relevant experience as a Maintenance Fitter in the jewellery manufacturing industry, preferably in a gold jewellery manufacturing unit. Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in jewellery manufacturing machinery and mechanical maintenance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
