About the Role

Pankaj & Nidhi is seeking an experienced and result-oriented marketing qualified to strengthen brand positioning, increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive business growth in the luxury fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute luxury brand marketing strategies.
- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Plan digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and PR activities.
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies, vendors, and outsourcing partners.
- Manage content strategy, brand communication, and promotional campaigns.




- Monitor marketing performance, lead conversion, and ROI.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media management across multiple platforms.
- Proven experience in lead generation, brand promotion, and digital campaigns.
- Experience in luxury fashion, designer wear, or premium lifestyle brands preferred.
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and execution skills.
