Job Title: Workday HCM Integration

WFO(Hyderabad, Bangalore, Noida)

JD:

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of end-to-end Workday integration solutions.

Define integration frameworks, standards, governance, and best practices for enterprise deployments.

Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Design real-time, event-driven, batch, and API-based integrations between Workday and external systems.

Workday Integration Certification.

Develop and maintain Workday integrations using: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, Workday Extend integrations, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) and Workday Messaging and Event Framework.

Build complex inbound and outbound interfaces for employee, payroll, advantages, recruiting, talent, learning, and finance data exchanges.

Develop reusable integration components and accelerators.

Implement secure file transfers, API management, web services, and message-based integrations.





Implement Workday security best practices for integrations, APIs, and service accounts.

Configure and maintain authentication mechanisms including OAuth, SAML, certificates, and encryption protocols.

Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, and organizational security standards.

Provide Level 3 support for integration issues and critical production incidents.

Monitor integration performance and proactively address failures and bottlenecks.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

Optimize integration architecture for scalability, reliability, and performance.

5 years of enterprise integration experience and 5 years of hands-on Workday integration development and architecture experience.

Proven experience delivering multiple full lifecycle Workday implementations.

Experience supporting global and multi-country Workday deployments.

Strong experience with complex payroll, benefits, recruiting, talent, and finance integrations.
