Management – Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, implement just-in-time systems, conduct stock audits, and prevent overstock or shortages. Vendor &

• Supplier Relations – Negotiate contracts, evaluate supplier performance, build strong partnerships, and manage pricing to minimize costs.

Warehouse

Operations – Coordinate receiving, storage, dispatch,



and loading/unloading of goods; maintain accuracy in inventory records and warehouse systems. Cost Control &

• Optimization – Develop cost-effective logistics strategies, manage budgets, identify areas for cost reduction, and optimize processes without compromising quality. Compliance &
