We are looking for a responsible and organized Logistics Executive to manage order dispatch planning, coordinate with e-commerce platforms, logistics partners, and warehouse teams, and ensure timely delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Amazon, Blinkit, and Flipkart teams for purchase orders, delivery appointments, dispatch schedules, and delivery-related issues.
- Coordinate with courier and transport partners for vehicle arrangements, shipment tracking, and timely deliveries.
- Work on the company ERP system for order processing, dispatch planning, and shipment updates.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for order picking, packing, invoicing, and dispatch readiness.
- Track shipments and follow up on delays, delivery failures, appointment issues, and pending deliveries.
- Maintain dispatch records, delivery proofs, and shipment status reports.




- Ensure timely communication between the warehouse, logistics partners, and e-commerce platforms.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or e-commerce operations preferred.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Blinkit operations will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Positive communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet dispatch deadlines.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
