Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our team as US Logistics Executives. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The role involves coordinating US transportation operations, tracking shipments, communicating with drivers and carriers, and ensuring the smooth movement of freight.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor US logistics and transportation operations.
- Track shipments and provide timely status updates.
- Communicate with truck drivers, carriers, brokers, and customers.
- Assist with load booking, dispatch coordination, and delivery scheduling.
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve delays or operational issues.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update logistics management systems.
- Handle basic logistics documentation, including rate confirmations, Bills of Lading (BOL), and Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and timely completion of assigned tasks.




- Follow company procedures and US transportation industry standards.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of US logistics, trucking, freight, or transportation is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn US logistics processes and industry terminology.
- Flexibility to work night shifts according to US business hours, if required.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Graduates from any stream are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in US truck dispatching, freight brokerage, track and trace, load planning, or carrier coordination will be preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work in shifts aligned with US time zones, if applicable.
