Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Import Logistics Manager to handle end-to-end import operations, international shipments, customs clearance, and logistics cost management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end import shipments and international logistics.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearing agents.
- Handle import documentation, Bill of Entry, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Customs regulations and import procedures.
- Negotiate freight charges and optimise logistics costs.
- Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, and timely material delivery.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and accounts teams.
- Maintain shipment trackers,



import records, and MIS reports.

Required Skills
- 9+ years of hands-on experience in import logistics and customs clearance.
- Strong knowledge of import documentation, Incoterms, HS codes, and customs procedures.
- Experience in international shipping, freight negotiation, and logistics cost control.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
