Candor Textiles, a reputed manufacturing and exporting company with a turnover of 100 Cr+, is looking for an experienced Logistic Manager to manage end-to-end export logistics, import clearance, trade documentation, ECGC compliance, and supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Export Dispatch & Documentation

- Preparation of export sales invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills.
- Handling insurance formalities and issuance of insurance certificates for CIF shipments.
- Shipping bill filing and coordination with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
- Preparation of Certificates of Origin for preferential and non-preferential shipments.
- Preparation of bank documents under LC, DP, and DA payment terms.
- Updating dispatch particulars on buyer and agent portals.

2. Domestic Dispatches

- Preparation of delivery challans and sales invoices.
- Generation of e-invoices and e-way bills.
- Coordination for timely dispatch and delivery of goods.

3. Import Management

- Tracking import consignments across transportation modes.
- Handling import clearance,



Bill of Entry filing, and duty payments.
- Ensuring timely clearance and avoiding overdue charges and interest.
- Preparation of import documentation and closure of Bills of Entry with banks.
- Maintaining import control files and MIS reports.

4. ECGC Compliance

- Preparation and submission of monthly and annual export declarations.
- Handling ECGC Form 203 and Form 205, wherever applicable.
- Managing buyer-specific ECGC policies and annual policy renewals.
- Maintaining country-risk classifications, premium rates, and related records.
- ECGC account reconciliation and compliance with applicable procedures.

5. Supply Chain Management

- Preparation and execution of sales plans.
- Coordination with production for material readiness.
- Coordination with marketing for timely dispatch of materials.
- Maintaining logistics control files and ensuring timely MIS reporting.
