Job Summary

Honeywell is looking for a Logistics Analyst I – Data Analytics with experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, and shipment data analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring shipment performance, tracking pickup and delivery turnaround times (TAT), preparing Excel-based reports, and supporting logistics process improvements.

The candidate should have a valuable understanding of domestic and international shipment processes, import/export operations, and Incoterms, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze logistics and shipment data to monitor operational performance.
- Track, measure, and report pickup TAT and delivery TAT.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports using MS Excel.
- Monitor domestic and international shipment processes.
- Support export and import logistics operations and shipment tracking.
- Identify shipment delays, analyze performance gaps, and assist in corrective actions.
- Coordinate with logistics teams, transporters, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain logistics MIS reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Understand and apply Incoterms in international shipping operations.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and automate reporting workflows using Power Automate, where applicable.

Mandatory Skills
1. Advanced MS Excel and reporting.
2. Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
3. Import & Export (EXIM) Operations.
4. Pickup TAT and Delivery TAT Tracking.
5. Data Analysis and MIS Reporting.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Power BI dashboard development.
- Microsoft Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP.
- Experience with ERP systems and logistics reporting tools.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding and shipment documentation.

Educational Qualification
- B.Tech or MBA preferred.
- Candidates with relevant logistics, supply chain, EXIM, and analytical experience will be preferred.

Experience Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain operations, shipment analytics, or EXIM operations.
- Hands-on experience with Excel-based reporting and shipment performance tracking.
- Good understanding of domestic and international logistics processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with a combination of logistics domain knowledge, advanced Excel skills, shipment TAT tracking, and data analysis experience are preferred. Experience in Power BI and Power Automate will be an added advantage.
