Job Title: Loan Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Loan Relationship Manager to support customer acquisition, develop client relationships, and facilitate loan applications. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable loan products, and coordinating the loan process from application to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire customers for personal loans, business loans, home loans, and loans against property.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Assist customers with loan applications and document collection.
- Review customer documents for completeness and coordinate verification as per applicable policies.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other relevant teams to facilitate loan processing.
- Track applications and provide customers with updates on their loan status.




- Work towards assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow applicable company policies and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in loan sales, banking, NBFCs, or financial services preferred.
- Experience with personal loans, business loans, home loans, or loans against property is an advantage.
- Knowledge of loan documentation and lending procedures is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Surat market and local customer networks is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
