1.Knowledge of loan processing drawdowns / rollovers / partial and total repayments(retail/corporate)





2.Knowledge/ basic understanding of all RBI related reporting related to Loan section.

3.Preparation / Validation of data for RBI, HO, Auditors and co-ordinating with Auditors to handle their queries.

4.Strong numerical ability and accuracy

5.Good communication and customer service skills

6.Ability to work under pressure and manage high volume.

7.Integrity, discipline and strong attention to details

8.Positive Excel skills

9.Monitor repayment schedules/interest payment/ overdue etc

10.Handle loan account maintainance , rate change, tenure modifications etc

11.Ensure correct interest , charges and pently calculations

12.Identify operational risks and escalate discrepancies

13.Provide timely updates to branches, customers, internal stakeholders

14.Prepare daily/monthly MIS

15.Process driven and compliance oriented

16.Teamwork and stakeholder management.

Minimum 2+ year's experience in loan processing.
