Role: LLM Engineering Expert – AI Evaluation & Engineering Simulation

Compensation: $500 per hour

Role Overview

We’re looking for experienced engineering professionals to design and evaluate complex engineering simulation tasks that test and improve advanced AI systems.

What You’ll Do

- Create challenging engineering design problems with clear objectives and constraints.
- Build and validate simulations using engineering tools and Python.
- Evaluate AI-generated solutions and identify reasoning or simulation errors.
- Develop automated tests and improve task quality.

Key Requirements

- 10+ years of hands-on engineering design experience.




- Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Solid Python scripting skills and experience with at least one relevant simulation tool.
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI evaluation, and failure analysis.
- Strong technical documentation and analytical skills.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet.
- Availability for 40 hours per week, with 4 hours of PST overlap, and weekend on-call support.
