Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Lift Technician to handle the installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of lifts/elevators. The candidate should have practical technical knowledge of lift systems and ensure their secure and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine preventive maintenance and servicing of lifts/elevators.
- Inspect lift components, including motors, control panels, wiring, switches, doors, sensors, and safety devices.
- Identify and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in lift systems.
- Attend breakdown calls and carry out repairs to minimize downtime.
- Check lift operation, levelling, door functioning, and safety mechanisms.
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and breakdown logs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable lift safety standards and company safety procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors and external service providers whenever required.




- Use tools and testing equipment safely while carrying out maintenance work.
- Report major technical issues and arrange necessary spare parts with prior approval.

Required Qualifications

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical trade.
- Practical knowledge of lift/elevator maintenance and repair.
- Understanding of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, motors, and control systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.
- Knowledge of lift safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices.

Experience

- Minimum 2 Plus years of relevant experience in lift maintenance, servicing, or repair preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in elevator breakdown maintenance will be preferred.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹14,000–₹18,000, depending on experience and technical skills.
