Role & responsibilities

1. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

2. Provide legal advice on Oil & Gas industry regulations, contractual obligations, and business risks.

3. Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

4. Identify legal risks, resolve contractual disputes, and support risk mitigation strategies.

5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on contract execution, compliance, and legal matters.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Qualified Lawyer with an LLB degree from a recognized university.

2. Minimum 8 years of overall professional experience, including at least 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry.

3. Solid expertise in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and commercial agreements.

4. Good understanding of applicable legal frameworks, regulatory compliance, and contractual risk management.

5. Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
