- Assignment of legal cases to a panel advocate and ensure the report/revert is received within TAT.

- Peruse legal reports and documents provided by the customer and revert with observations.

- Recommend proposals to the reporting manager for approval and take concurrence for deviations in the case as per the Legal approval matrix

- Prepare and update relevant MIS daily and circulate among stakeholders in the business team.

- Recommend profiles of qualified and eligible advocates for empanelment after thorough verification and obtaining feedback from competition Banks.

- Ensure that cases approved are in compliance with local regulations and internal policies, and adhere to the process.

- Training for all concerned team members

- Ensure that FEC & LAR are obtained for cases cleared.

- Monitor compliance of OTC/PDD in all cases

- Litigation handling, drafting reply notices, and monitoring court cases

- MOTD/Mortgage Deed Vetting
