Legal/Contracts Expert
- Overall leadership in Legal, contractual, and regulatory advisory.
- Draft and review concession agreements, RFQs, RFPs, and contractual schedules.
- Conduct legal due diligence for PPP projects.
- Advise on regulatory compliance, land-use issues, and statutory requirements.
- Develop risk allocation frameworks and contractual provisions.
- Support bid evaluation from legal and contractual perspectives.
- Review dispute resolution mechanisms and contract governance structures.
- Assist in negotiations with bidders and concessionaires.
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations post-award.
- Provide legal advisory on PPP regulations and government policies.
Experience:4to 12 Years( minimum 7 Years of skilled experience)
Location:Delhi
Education Qualification: Master degree in Law
