ABOUT TRIVOID ELECTRONICS

Trivoid Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of electronics and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection products, supplying B2B customers across automobile manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceutical and electronics industries. We are growing fast and are looking for a Legal Advisor to guide us on contracts, compliance and business risk.

THE ROLE

As Legal Advisor, you will provide legal guidance across the business, draft and review commercial agreements, ensure regulatory compliance and help manage legal risk for a B2B manufacturing company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

■ Draft, review and negotiate customer, vendor, distributor and NDA agreements

■ Review purchase orders, supply terms and commercial contracts to protect company interests

■ Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, GST, labour laws, factory and environmental regulations

■ Advise HR on employment contracts, policies,



POSH and other labour law matters

■ Manage legal notices, disputes and recovery cases, and coordinate with external counsel

■ Support ROC / MCA filings and corporate secretarial work with the finance team

■ Advise on trademarks, IP protection and confidentiality of company information

■ Maintain legal records, contract database and renewal tracking

■ Provide legal opinions and risk assessments to management

■ Keep the company updated on changes in applicable laws and regulations

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
