Role & responsibilities

Design and develop engaging learning modules and animated video content using Vyond and PowerPoint.

- Apply core instructional design principles to build structured learning paths and create detailed storyboards for video and digital modules
- Create and update training content for Process, Soft Skills, Product, and Technical trainings across all organizational levels (frontline to senior management)
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to structure, format and organize SOPs, process guides and training manuals.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect, validate and translate complex information into learner-friendly formats
- Implement Learning Dashboards

Key Requirements

- Full time PGDM/MBA - HR




- Prior experience in creating learning content and instructional design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Hindi
- Hands-on expertise in creating animated video content using Vyond.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for designing training modules.
- Strong capabilities in storyboarding and applying instructional design principles
- Demonstrated creativity in building engaging learning experiences for frontline employees, middle management, and senior leadership
- Excellent training delivery
