Aarth Universal School is looking for a caring and committed Learning Support Teacher to support young learners in the Early Years. The ideal candidate will help create an inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to learn at their own pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and small-group support based on students' learning needs.
- Collaborate with homeroom teachers to adapt learning experiences and classroom strategies.
- Observe and document students' progress, strengths, and areas for development.
- Support children's social, emotional, communication, and academic development.
- Work with teachers, coordinators, and parents to promote inclusive learning.
Requirements
- A degree in Special Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Understanding of early childhood development and diverse learning needs.
- Robust communication, observation, and collaboration skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and child-centred approach.
