Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and research-driven Learner Content Developer with 6 months to 1 year of experience in an international BPO environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken English, strong research and information synthesis skills, and the ability to develop clear, accurate, engaging, and learner-friendly content.

The role involves researching topics, gathering and validating information, developing learning content, simplifying complex concepts, and using Microsoft Office applications and AI-powered tools to improve content quality and productivity.

The candidate should be comfortable working with structured content, following briefs and guidelines, incorporating feedback, and collaborating with the learning design and content development teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Research and Information Development

- Conduct online research using reliable sources to gather relevant, accurate, and up-to-date information for learning and training programmes.
- Analyse information from multiple sources and synthesise it into clear, concise, well-structured content.
- Validate facts, identify information gaps, and ensure the accuracy and relevance of developed content.
- Research industry practices, workplace scenarios, business processes, customer interactions, and role-specific knowledge requirements.
- Organise research findings, reference materials, and source links for review and future use.

1. Learning Content Development





- Develop learner-friendly content for digital learning modules, training programmes, presentations, workbooks, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments.
- Convert complex information into simple, logical, and easy-to-understand learning material.
- Write clear explanations, examples, case studies, workplace scenarios, activities, knowledge checks, and assessment questions.
- Develop content aligned with defined learning objectives, target audiences, and programme requirements.
- Adapt content for different learner groups, experience levels, and workplace contexts.
- Review and revise content based on feedback from instructional designers, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders.

1. English Language and Content Quality

- Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English proficiency, including grammar, vocabulary, sentence construction, comprehension, and professional communication.
- Ensure content is grammatically correct, logically structured, consistent in tone, and free from spelling and formatting errors.
- Proofread and edit content to improve clarity, readability, accuracy, and learner engagement.
- Follow established content templates, style guides, terminology, and formatting standards.
- Ensure qualified communication when interacting with internal teams and stakeholders.

1. Microsoft Office and AI Tools

- Use Microsoft Word to create, edit, format, and proofread structured learning documents.




- Use Microsoft PowerPoint to develop clear, well-organised, and visually structured learning presentations.
- Use Microsoft Excel for research tracking, data organisation, content inventories, review logs, and quality checklists.
- Use AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent tools to support research, brainstorming, outlining, drafting, summarisation, editing, and content quality improvement.
- Write effective AI prompts to generate relevant first drafts, examples, workplace scenarios, and assessment questions.
- Critically review AI-generated content to identify factual inaccuracies, bias, repetition, unsupported claims, and inappropriate wording.
- Verify important facts against credible sources and ensure that final content is original, accurate, and fit for purpose.
- Handle confidential information responsibly and follow organisational guidelines for the use of AI tools.

1. Quality Assurance and Collaboration

- Conduct content reviews using checklists to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and adherence to briefs.
- Incorporate review comments and manage revisions within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, project managers, and other team members.
- Manage multiple content development tasks while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain organised documentation, version control, and records of content changes.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
