1. Quality Analyst (QA) - Prior Auth

- Up to 9 LPA + 8,800 Allowances
- 5+ years into Pre Auth & 1+ year as QA on paper mandate
- 30 Days NP is acceptable

2. Team Lead - AR / Prior Auth

- Up to 10 - 11 LPA + 8,800 Allowances
- 5+ years of relevant experience & 1+ year as TL on paper mandate
- 30 Days NP is acceptable

3. Trainer - AR / Prior Auth

- Up to 9 LPA + 8,800 Allowances
- 5+ years of relevant experience & 1+ year of Trainer on/ off paper
- SME with classroom training exp can be considered | Min 8 batches
- 30 Days NP is acceptable

4. Manager (Operations) - AR / Prior Auth

- AR Manager - Up to 22 LPA + 8,800 Allowances
- Prior Auth Manager - Up to 18 LPA + 8,800 Allowances
- 10+ years & 1+ years as Manager on papers
- 60 Days NP is acceptable

5. Manager (Quality)- Prior Auth

- Up to 18 LPA + 8,800 Allowances
- 10+ years into Prior Authorization & 1+ year as Quality Manager on paper
- 60 Days NP is acceptable
