Support and Quality Assurance • Assist in post-implementation support and troubleshooting, ensuring system reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor production performance and coordinate with operations teams to ensure uptime and data integrity.
- Document and report key implementation learnings for future improvements.

Must Have

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle, integration patterns, and up-to-date API architectures.
- Knowledge of cloud concepts (Azure preferred), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with banking systems and data integration frameworks in enterprise financial services environments.
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Customer Engineer, preferably in SaaS or banking technology implementations.
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end software or integration solutions using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Apache Kafka, and PostgreSQL.
- Demonstrated client-facing experience managing technical discussions, requirements, and expectations.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, TDD/BDD).
- Experience troubleshooting complex, distributed systems in production environments.
- Application development experience in large enterprise or hybrid cloud environments.
