Role & responsibilities The Lead -Sales Compensation will be responsible for design, govern, and execute strategic incentive programs, performance-linked incentives (PLI), and reward mechanisms for the entire sales hierarchy across all NBFC asset verticals (e.g., retail lending, LAP, Gold Loans and business Loans). This position bridges Human Resources, Sales Operations, Finance, and Risk to drive aggressive market growth while maintaining complete alignment with asset quality metrics, regulatory governance, and portfolio health mandates. Its Team handling role.

Key Responsibilities •

Sales Incentive Program Architecture: Conceptualize and roll out scalable performance-linked incentive (PLI) grids, commissions, and R&R; campaigns tailored across multi-channel distribution hierarchies (DSA, Direct Sales, Cross-sell, and Alternate Channels). Lead routine total rewards diagnostics and industry benchmarking to position the NBFC as an employer of choice while managing up-to-date Sales Performance Management (SPM)



automation tools.

Risk-Adjusted Compensation Design: Infuse key portfolio quality metrics (e.g., Gross NPA, Cheque Bounce rates, 30/90 DPD buckets, and early-stage delinquency) directly into variable payout models to prevent reckless lending practices.

Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Strictly implement statutory requirements including Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines for NBFC compensation structures, managing complex malus and claw-back clauses for qualitative compliance breaches.

Financial Modeling & P&L; Alignment: Build predictive payout simulations, stress-test variables against target achievements, track commission ROI, and manage multi-million budget allocations alongside the Finance and FP&Ateams.;

Preferred candidate profile

Preferably Post Graduate with 10+ years relevant experience
