Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, research-oriented individual to identify potential US clients for our Virtual Assistance services, build targeted prospect lists, and initiate personalized outreach across relevant online platforms. The role will support our pre-sales process by generating qualified leads and starting conversations with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify ideal customers, including US founders, ecommerce businesses, startups and growing companies.
- Find prospects through LinkedIn, Google Search, company websites, business directories, relevant online communities and other suitable platforms.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases with company information, decision-makers and contact details.
- Conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email and other relevant professional channels.
- Manage follow-ups, track responses and identify prospects interested in exploring VA services.
- Maintain outreach records,



monitor engagement and share regular progress reports.
- Coordinate introductory meetings with interested prospects for founder-led sales discussions.

Required Skills
- Strong online research, data collection and lead identification skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Search, spreadsheets and online prospecting tools.
- Positive written English and the ability to personalize outreach messages.
- Organized, self-driven and comfortable working towards measurable targets.
- Prior experience in lead research, prospecting, outreach or B2B business development is preferred.

Success Measures

Performance will be evaluated based on prospect quality, accuracy of research, outreach consistency, positive responses and qualified meetings generated.

Engagement Note The initial engagement will focus on prospect research and pre-sales outreach for Recruiting Genie's Virtual Assistance services targeting US businesses. Sales negotiations and deal closures will be handled by the founder.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
