We are looking for an organized and responsible individual to manage incoming customer leads and coordinate lead distribution among our travel consultants.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Lead Management Executive to manage incoming leads received through WhatsApp and ensure they are assigned to the appropriate travel consultants in a timely and organized manner.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming customer leads received through WhatsApp, Facebook, Email etc...
- Assign leads to the appropriate travel consultants based on the team's allocation process.
- Maintain and update daily lead records in Google Sheets.
- Ensure every lead is properly recorded with the customer's details, assigned consultant, lead source, and allocation status.
- Track lead assignments and follow up with team members to ensure no leads are missed.
- Identify duplicate, incomplete, or unassigned leads and resolve them promptly.
- Prepare daily lead allocation reports and share updates with the management team.
- Coordinate with the sales team to maintain an organized lead management process.
- Maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
- Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Good organizational and data-entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and proactive approach to work.

Preferred Skills
- Experience handling WhatsApp, Email Business leads.
- Knowledge of lead management, CRM systems, or sales coordination.
- Experience working with Google Sheets and Excel.
