: Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Deep Learning, and NLP. The candidate will develop, implement, and optimize AI solutions using modern ML frameworks and cloud platforms to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement Generative AI and Machine Learning models.
- Work with deep learning techniques, neural networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Design and optimize prompts to improve GenAI model performance.
- Develop NLP solutions, chatbots, and conversational AI applications.
- Build and maintain production-ready AI pipelines on cloud or on-premises platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and deliver AI solutions.
- Ensure data quality, model accuracy, scalability, and performance.




- Research emerging AI technologies and follow industry best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Machine Learning and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Knowledge of GPT, VAE, GANs, and other deep learning models.
- Experience with NLP libraries such as Hugging Face, spaCy, or NLTK.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in prompt engineering and model optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Machine Learning.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
