Job Objective

Overseeing all IT technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals. Devising and establishing IT and InfoSec policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by Corporate IT. Analysing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs

Core

- Responsible for overall Capsules, Shirwal IT Infra - systems processes, applications.
- Ensure 100% compliance of all software and handle the audit needs.
- Responsible for providing technology for all business interface based on the business strategy.
- Responsible for all business requirement, understanding, planning and prioritization of solutions, services and investment in Technology toward organization goal.




- Responsible for IT support required by business for IIOT team
- Asset tracking and management of ACPL Shirwal
- Closing of all the security gaps raised by ISO
- Analysis and designing Improvement Plans in IT Infrastructure in ACPL Shirwal
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines/ Workplace Management System - ISO, Occupational Health and Safety - ISO, c-GMP, regulatory statutory compliances, TPM and other applicable norms.
- Ensure legal compliance as per Factories Act 1948.
- Review root cause of accident and environmental incidence and able to implement corrective/prevention action to avoid recurrence.

- Take overall responsibility for people development initiatives and building up in-house capabilities for the employees in the department.
- Drive a performance driven culture
