We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the organizations technology infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and IT support operations. The successful candidate will ensure reliable, secure, and productive IT services aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud systems, and hardware.

- Lead the IT support/helpdesk function and ensure timely issue resolution.

- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards.

- Monitor cybersecurity risks, access controls, backups, and disaster recovery.

- Manage software licenses, vendors, budgets, and technology procurement.

- Oversee system upgrades, integrations, migrations, and IT projects.

- Ensure compliance with applicable data protection and industry regulations.

- Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and performance reports.

- Train employees on systems,



cybersecurity, and acceptable technology use.

- Lead and mentor IT staff while supporting continuous process improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in IT, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.

- Strong knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux systems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and IT service management.

- Experience with IT budgets, vendors, asset management, and project delivery.

- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, or Azure are desirable.
