- Experience 8-10 Years
- We are seeking highly skilled application developers to support and enhance our Healthcare clients enterprise applications ecosystem.
- The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, support teams, and QA teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions while ensuring adherence to healthcare industry standards.
- Support and enhance Siebel CRM applications used for customer, provider, and operational workflows.
- The role involves configuration, customization, integration, and production support activities.

Essential Job Functions:

- Configure and customize Siebel applications.
- Develop workflows, business services, and integration interfaces.
- Troubleshoot application issues and support releases.
- Perform root cause analysis for production incidents.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Support system upgrades and enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain technical artifacts and design documents.
