Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth through email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
- Identify and research potential clients, decision-makers, and target companies.
- Prepare and execute cold email campaigns to generate business opportunities.
- Connect with prospects through LinkedIn, send personalized messages, and build professional relationships.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services and identify business requirements.
- Follow up with prospects through emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages.
- Maintain and update lead databases, CRM records, and daily activity reports.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and potential interest.
- Schedule meetings and generate opportunities for the Business Development team.




- Track outreach performance, response rates, follow-ups, and lead conversion.

Required Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of email outreach, LinkedIn lead generation, and cold calling.
- Ability to research target audiences and identify potential clients.
- Positive follow-up, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach tools is an advantage.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet lead-generation goals.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in IT services lead generation or B2B sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Candidates should be proactive, organized, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.
