Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage the architectural design team for residential projects, including villas and individual homes.

- Oversee concept development, space planning, architectural layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.

- Review and approve architectural drawings to ensure design accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable building regulations.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, estimation, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into cutting-edge, functional, aesthetically appealing, and cost-effective designs.

- Manage design schedules, deliverables, and team productivity to ensure timely project completion.

- Conduct design reviews and site visits to monitor execution and resolve architectural and technical issues.

- Ensure effective coordination between design intent, construction feasibility, project budgets, and timelines.

- Guide, mentor,



and support junior architects and designers, ensuring high-quality output and continuous improvement.

- Identify opportunities to incorporate sustainable design practices, energy efficiency, and green building principles.

- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to address design changes and project requirements.

- Maintain design documentation, drawing revisions, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution; Master's degree is an added advantage.

- 712 years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably in residential construction, villas, and premium individual homes.

- Proven experience in leading architectural teams and managing multiple residential projects.
