To lead the Industrial Application Engineering function for Industrial Business by providing technical leadership, application expertise, and customer-focused engineering solutions across diverse industrial segments. The role is responsible for translating customer requirements into technically robust and commercially viable solutions, driving product development initiatives, influencing customer technical decisions through value engineering, and strengthening the organization's competitive position.

The position serves as the primary technical interface between customers, Sales, Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D; to ensure successful business growth, customer satisfaction, and technology advancement.

Functional Skills Deep understanding of bearing products, applications, and maintenance practices.
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment,



rotating machinery, and power transmission systems.
- Expertise in bearing selection, application engineering, lubrication, tribology, and reliability engineering.
- Understanding of MRO practices and industrial maintenance methodologies.
- Knowledge of materials engineering, metallurgy, heat treatment processes, and product manufacturing technologies.
- Experience in root cause analysis, failure investigations, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of Value Analysis (VA), Value Engineering (VE), and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) methodologies.
- Solid presentation, technical communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
- 1520 years of experience in Industrial Application Engineering
- Minimum 8 years in the Bearing Industry
- Strong expertise in bearing applications, reliability engineering, tribology, failure analysis, and value engineering
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams
