Job Summary

Shardacare Healthcity is looking for skilled and compassionate LDR Staff Nurses to provide quality nursing care to pregnant women during labour, childbirth, and the immediate post-delivery recovery period.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor maternal vital signs, uterine contractions, and fetal heart rate during labour.
- Assist obstetricians and doctors during normal deliveries and emergency procedures.
- Provide pre-delivery, intrapartum, and post-delivery nursing care.
- Monitor the mother and newborn immediately after delivery and identify any complications.
- Maintain accurate patient records, labour charts, and nursing documentation.
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain patient safety standards.
- Provide emotional support, guidance,



and comfort to mothers and their families.
- Respond promptly to obstetric emergencies and coordinate with the medical team.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing.
- Registration: Valid State Nursing Council registration.
- Experience: 1 to 6 years of relevant Labour Room / LDR / Maternity experience preferred.
- Skills: Knowledge of labour monitoring, fetal heart rate monitoring, delivery assistance, and emergency management.
- Valuable communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
