Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist with the research, design, and development of recent training programs (e.g.,

e-Learning modules, instructor-led workshops, webinars)

- Conduct research to identify skill gaps and learning needs within the organization

- Develop project plans and timelines for learning initiatives

- Manage logistics and materials preparation for training programs

- Develop engaging and informative learning content, such as presentations,

handouts, and online modules

- Assist with the implementation and delivery of training programs

- Stay up-to-date on learning trends and technologies

- Help evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and

feedback collection

- Assist with the curation and maintenance of high-quality learning resources

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong research and analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Sheets & Docs
- A passion for learning and development
