We are looking for an experienced Lab Technician to join our medical laboratory team.

Responsibilities:

- Collect blood samples using proper venipuncture techniques.
- Verify patient details and label samples accurately.
- Handle patients professionally and ensure their comfort.
- Maintain hygiene, infection control, and biomedical waste disposal standards.
- Maintain sample collection records and documentation.
- Perform home sample collection visits when required.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of Lab Technician experience.
- Proficiency in blood sample collection and venipuncture.
- Knowledge of sample handling and labeling procedures.
- Valuable communication and patient-handling skills.
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.
- Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Qualification: DMLT / Phlebotomy Certification preferred.
