Education

- BSC/Diploma or equivalent required.

- Associated degrees or coursework in Chemistry, Laboratory Science, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

- Prior experience in a laboratory, industrial, or healthcare setting is an advantage but not mandatory.

- Familiarity with laboratory dishwashers or industrial washing equipment is a plus.

Knowledge & Skills

- Basic understanding of common laboratory chemicals and their hazard classifications.

- Ability to read and interpret Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

- Knowledge of chemical waste segregation and disposal practices.

- Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after initial training.

- Positive organizational and time management skills.

Working Condition

- Laboratory environment with regular exposure to chemicals, cleaning agents, and laboratory equipment.

- Use of PPE (gloves, lab coat, safety glasses) is mandatory throughout the shift.

- May require flexibility to work morning, afternoon, or rotating shifts depending on lab operations.Role & responsibilities
