Job Title: Lab Medical Technician Customer Assistance

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Lab Medical Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to interact with customers, understand their diagnostic prescriptions, explain test details, and assist in booking lab tests through our portal. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of diagnostic test terminologies and the ability to guide customers with clarity and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Speak with customers over call or chat and provide assistance for lab test bookings.
- Interpret and explain the diagnostic tests prescribed by doctors.
- Validate customer prescriptions and recommend suitable test panels.
- Check service availability and guide customers on lab/provider options.
- Book lab appointments accurately on the internal portal/system.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by handling queries with professionalism.




- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and medical standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a diagnostic lab, hospital, or health tech call center.
- Qualification: DMLT/BMLT/B.Sc. in Medical Lab Technology or related field.
- Strong understanding of medical/lab test terminologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English and one regional language (preferred).
- Ability to explain complex medical information in simple terms.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using health portals/CRMs.

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience in customer support related to diagnostics or healthcare.
- Familiarity with NABL/NABL-accredited lab protocols.
- Empathetic and patient-centric approach to communication.
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus.

Language Preference: Tamil ,Telugu ,Kannada ,Malayalam,

Bengali , Gujarati ,Odia , Assamese.
