Role & responsibilities

- Perform routine pathology laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
- Collect, receive, label, process, and handle patient samples.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to established procedures.
- Prepare samples and reagents for laboratory testing.
- Maintain proper laboratory records, test reports, and documentation.
- Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and infection-control protocols.
- Ensure quality control and accuracy in laboratory procedures.
- Identify and report abnormal or critical results to the authorized medical personnel as per hospital protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.
- Coordinate with pathologists and other healthcare staff to ensure timely reporting.

Preferred candidate profile Qualification: DMLT/BMLT/B.Sc. MLT. Experience: 02 years. Skills: Sample handling, lab testing, documentation & safety protocols. Full time position.
