Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day laboratory operations and workflow.

- Supervise laboratory technicians and other staff.

- Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of laboratory investigations.

- Maintain quality control, calibration, and laboratory records.

- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, laboratory protocols, and safety guidelines.

- Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments.

- Monitor laboratory equipment, reagents, inventory, and maintenance.

- Ensure proper sample collection, processing, storage, and disposal.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or relevant qualification.

- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant laboratory experience, preferably in a hospital setting.

- Prior experience in a supervisory or laboratory management role is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of quality assurance, laboratory safety, and documentation.

Preferred Candidate: A responsible, detail-oriented professional with robust leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
